In June, we are introducing two new features to enhance our users' experience: One-Time and Recurring Reminders, and Video Matrix Live Streaming.

1. One-Time and Recurring Reminders – Bongo IoT

We have introduced a major upgrade to our Web and Mobile applications by adding options for One-Time and Recurring reminder scheduling. This enhancement allows users to set reminders for their vehicles or drivers either as one-off tasks or as regular events, offering increased flexibility and control over maintenance and operational activities.

Feature Highlights:

• One-Time and Recurring Scheduling: Users can now choose between setting reminders as one-time tasks or recurring events. One-time reminders are perfect for specific tasks like oil changes or interior cleaning while recurring reminders are suited for routine maintenance such as tire rotations or fluid checks.
• Customizable Scheduling: Users can set the exact date and time for one-time reminders, ensuring precise scheduling of maintenance tasks. Recurring reminders can be configured to repeat at intervals defined by the user, ensuring routine tasks are consistently remembered.
• Status Management: Once a one-time reminder task is marked as completed, the reminder cycle stops automatically. This helps users accurately track the status of each reminder, with completed tasks clearly marked for easy reference.
• Enhanced Reporting: The Web application now includes new columns in the reminder status report, showing the scheduling details of each reminder, whether it is one-time or recurring. This feature provides valuable insights into maintenance schedules, aiding in better planning.
• Live Tracking Integration: These updates are also available on our Mobile application, allowing users to access the same scheduling and status management features on the go. Whether in the office or in the field, users can stay informed about upcoming tasks and track reminder statuses in real time.

We have significantly enhanced our platform by introducing Multiple Device Object Streaming. This update allows users to stream live video feeds from multiple devices simultaneously, offering a comprehensive view of their surroundings and enhancing situational awareness.

Feature Highlights:

• Streamlined Interface: A new feature on the Live Tracking screen allows users to initiate live streaming for multiple video objects at once. Users can select multiple objects with the MDVR Tracker Type and start streaming with just a few clicks.
• Matrix Selection: Users can create customizable frames to display video feeds, with options for Single, 2×2, 3×3, and 4×4 matrices. This allows users to arrange video feeds to best suit their monitoring needs and screen resolution.
• Channel Details: The Live Streaming frame shows detailed information about each channel, including the channel name and status. Users can easily see which channels are actively streaming and access additional controls such as full-screen mode.
• Dynamic Channel Adjustment: The streaming button is available only for objects with the MDVR Tracker Type, ensuring compatibility with the selected devices. The channel selection dynamically adjusts based on the available channels for each selected object, ensuring a seamless streaming experience.
• Pagination Support: To handle a large number of channels, pagination has been implemented within the streaming interface. This feature ensures users can navigate through multiple channels efficiently, even with higher matrix configurations or limited screen space.
